Byfartheworst.com might be a better name. I have been waiting for 9 months for my refund, they refuse to respond to my emails and call go continuously unanswered. I have sent letters in the mail and emails monthly. All ignored. What a shoddy excuse for a company. Products are not genuine as claimed (according to Mitsubishi who i contacted after this tatty box arrived from china and the product didn't look pristine) The items themselves were both faulty and after asking for a refund and being told NO, and having to pay the shipping to return the item to be exchanged, i still have no product and I'm 336 pounds down. Sales is very helpful, until they have your money. Then as helpful and a chocolate fire guard. I will never recommend this company and would suggest anyone with even the smallest query or doubt in there head, leave and go somewhere else.

While not by far the cheapest, www(dot)byfarthecheapest(dot)com can be the cheapest (just; at the point of purchase). I recommend, however, that you read (and agree with all of) the terms and conditions of sale before purchase (e.g. their 15% administration fee for returns). In my experience a 15% fee is atypical and uncompetitive and I would prefer to pay a few pence more to avoid such costs, in the unlikely event that I need to return a product. It also does not seem to be in accordance with the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations that state that the full price paid for the goods must be refunded. Also be warned of the possibility of poor post sales treatment. I had a negative experience over Email. I’m sure I was a slightly annoying customer when I asked to cancel an order awaiting dispatch (after I became concerned that the product I had ordered had received some poor user reviews, occasionally leading to return - despite numerous good expert reviews – and then read the above terms and conditions), but I did not feel that the subsequent unprofessional, unnecessarily long and lecturing-type Emails (three at the time of writing, possibly more to follow) were justified or necessary. This might have been a one-off, but the customer was not treated with respect or as being right - quite the opposite – and I was left with the feeling that perhaps corporate buyers that purchase in bulk were preferred and personal buyers like me were an annoying by-product of a ‘successful’ website. I’m pleased that my order was cancelled and I will now purchase the same product for a few pence more from a retailer that has typical terms and conditions and treats its customers with respect.

First off beware of the delivery cost £66 on a £500 printer. However it was still cheaper with them. Only then did they email a few days later to say they didn't have the product I purchased. When you call them it's almost impossible to get through on the phone, most options go through to answerphone. If you select 'sales' as soon as I wanted to talk about the product order they cut me off. They sent me a receipt for my purchase but when I contacted them about the refund claim they don't take payment until the order is shipped so they don't have to process the refund as they hadn't yet taken the payment. Which seems a strange method as most online stores take payment at the time of ordering Although they didn't have the product in stock it was still available for purchase on their website. Looking at other reviews other customers say the same. Advertsing a cheap price and then saying they don't have it. Very rude on the phone. Please avoid and order elsewhere for peace of mind. Would hate to think what they would have been like had I had a fault with the product. Tom

I received exactly the same service , or rather lack of.
