Ordered an iPod touch was sucked in on the cheap price. Had to ask for a despatch date and constantly asking for a tracking number, didn't get. Tried phoning, emails irate responses only on email. Then after a couple of weeks asked for refund only to be told no as Paypal account frozen because of complaints. Eventually got money back from my bank. Assuming trading standards have been involved, new website better, but would recommend buying from a high street store instead for peace of mind!!

Ordered 2 iPod touches from Borgtek, had I read some of these reviews I might have reconsidered but took the added precaution of paying with a credit card (money is protected in case of problems) and glad I did. Not sure if the other people here who had bad experiences were just unlucky or a competitor, but for me it was a smooth buying with my order arriving 2 days later.

Ok in the end but they are hard work. First it was in stock, then it wasnt, then I was getting a refund, then after waiting for refund for over a week suddenly an iPod is delivered....post mark Hong Kong post. Item is genuine Apple and looks brand new so I'm happy with product, but as another reviewer says they are definitely drop shipping, if they would just be honest with customers and say "delivery time 10 days" instead of promising delivery times they cant possibly meet I would have accepted that and not expected it before and Leon could have been spared many irate emails from myself!

2 weeks for my order to arrive, i would buy again if the price was right but i think they should be straight with their customers and say that they dont hold stock they just do drop shipping

Ordered an iPod and paid on 4th Feb 2013, chased up on 7th by email. Company changed status to shipped. It never arrived. Now escalated a claim through Paypal as the phone number doesn't work and no response to emails. Wouldn't surprise me if the positive reviews on here are fake!

Ordered Ipod on 29th jan 2013 and never received it, was told it was posted on 4th Feb but received no tracking no and when I email them get no satisfaction just that they are busy! no one answers the phone and now even that is not working they have taken my money falsely I paid with pay pal so am hoping they sort it out,

Just noticed that they have changed the payment method to bank transfer so no chance of anyone else getting there money back,

STAY AWAY from this company.

mate recommended this website for a car diagnostic box and glad he did, £10 cheaper than argos and offered home delivery (argos didnt on the same thing). Cant really think of anything else to say they did what they said they would so no problems

bought an ipod touch for my son this christmas. He seems happy and it was delivered on time despite the christmas rush so we are pleased with service
