Bought a imeadia blaze 9 tablet on Amazon for my wife it did not come any headphones so I gave her a spare pair I had 3.5mm jackplug ,they did not fitso drove down town and bought a 3.5mm to 2.5 converter that did not fit either ,OK so phoned them up = loads of music then a phone rang it was a recorded message telling me to go to the website then it hung up, so I go to the website I was met with live chat did not work(server error) chose from a list of departments = it would no choose email until the 6th attempt it did not matter where I went it was a nightmare these people don't want to talk to you unless you want to buy something from them DONT EXPECT ANY HELP IF YOU BOUGHT SMOETHING FROM THIS COMPANY ,TECHNICAL HELP IS NONE EXISTANT !
