I would like to say thank you for your help with my purchase of the Gorenje Fridge/Freezer and Samsung washer. I ordered a PS4 last Friday and just saw their joke of a message on their site! Anyone had any luck with refunds? My bank are saying they can only raise a dispute after 15 days of purchase. It's Christmas! Quick to take money but not refund. Please let me know, the bank are being really difficult!

I ordered a PS4 from this site and have tried phoning and emailing and had no response. should I cancel the order or wait a bit longer? Please if anyone has had a response can you let me know how you got on? Thanks.

I was refunded in full by PayPal this morn very lucky as PayPal have now also stopped making refunds as they are unble to contact seller if your on facebook join group 24/7 electronics buyer community as everyone there is in same boat and giving updates no has recieved anything or is going to

Ordered a PS4 on Thursday, had a confirmation email and haven't heard anything since. Tried calling the contact number and it just bleeps, also they have not replied to my email... Was wondering if anyone else had or is having similar problems?

According to their website they have been overwhelmed by an unexpected massive increase in orders which has also led to problems with their website and order processing which, in turn, has led to a big increase in telephone queries. Although over a year since I last used them, they were professional and helpful at all stages and I would give them the benefit of doubt. They have an explanation on the front page of their web site together which email addresses which may be easier than trying to call due to the busy lines. Good luck. :-)
