It's been over a month since I tried to buy an Xbox One via the 247 Electronics website. The company has taken for 2 Xbox One consoles, as I must have pressed the payment button twice, having been thrown out of the site due to high volumes of traffic. That was my mistake, but I was desperate to buy the thing at such a brilliant price!! I've just checked with my credit card company and, to date, have not received my refund!!! Don't know what's going on, but I should have received £529.98 credit towards my credit card bill by now. I'm getting worried. This is not good and I certainly won't be purchasing anything else from them !! Had I known they had limited stock available then I would have been more savvy and wouldn't have progressed any further than viewing the site!

Ordered an X Box One at what seemed like a good price. It seems that they did not actually have the item in stock and so they put up an apology on their website saying that they had instructed their bank to refund all orders placed. That was on the 1st of December. The money has still not been refunded and I'm beginning to doubt that they ever had any intention of refunding it. Their website is now permannently down and their phone appears to have been discoonnected. The people running this company are either crooks or unbelievably inept. Either way, no matter how good the deal seems, do not do business with these people.

Took everyones money on black Friday and then never had the stock to send anyone turns out this company never had any intentions of fulfilling orders and to take everyones money from them STAY CLEAR Still fighting for my refund !!!!

A company who should not be allowed to operate. Their excuses are in keeping with the way they run their company. Terrible! Anyone who reads this particular review should take my advise and put in a complaint with trading standards as this company must surely have breached conditions of sale by doing this to so many people. Also its the fact people are having to wait such a long time for a refund on such high priced items so near to Christmas. We do have rights as customers and also I'm sure most people would appreciate the compensation and then 247 electronics may reconsider running a fruit and veg shop instead? They might be more successful at that?

SON BOUGHT XBOX ON 28TH NOVEMBER. TOOK MONEY BUT COULD NOT FULFIL ORDER. NOW HAVE TO FIGHT FOR A REFUND WHILST THEY GET THE INTEREST ON THE ONEY. DISGUSTING. COMPANY NOT ANSWERING PHONE OR REPLYING TO EMAILS. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They took my money and never gave me a PS4 or a refund. Still waiting to get it off the bank but i wont get it back before christmas so thats means no PS4 for my kids. Theyre going to be disapointed at christmas thanks a lot

I had nothing but problems & still received no item. I needed to then pursue a claim via PayPal!!! If your after a hassle free purchase with no headaches and heartaches then avoid 247 electronics at all costs.

Like the rest of poor sods seperated from their hard earned cash, I attempted to buy one for my two sons as a christmas prezzie. Tried calling and left umpteen messages, sent 10 or more unanswered e-mails. No reply. Then phoned bank as i paid with my debit card. Have to wail till the 20th December to claim then a further 10 working days till (hopefully) receive my money back. Brilliant no money back till middle of January, Thanks a bunch. The only thing you did half right was put a letter up on your website explaining what went wrong, dont think my boys will appreciate that though. Poor show!!!!

A total disgrace same as many many other thought we had a good deal then realised our son would not get his Playstation 4 before Christmas we have put in a dispute with paypal so hopefully we will get our money back but what a total farce ,,, this company should take a long hard look at itself and realise all the people especially children they have let down at Christmas time, advice for anyone looking to buy from this company ,,, Don't,, go else where and save yourself a lot of hassle and disappointment. And to top it all off they are now not answering calls from angry customers customer service is terrible and then not facing up to what they have done ,,, DISGRACEFUL

My autistic son saved up for an xbox one and it was the only thing that hr has wanted in a long time We found this deal and thought it was perfect!! But no!! I don't have the heart to tell him hes not getting his xbox but to make it worse he will have to go into the bank and try and get his money back. devastated!!!

Ordered a ps4 the day before black Friday (as did many others) due to the great price on offer. However, the company have messed up big time and basically said they had 400 units and they couldn't accommodate the massive demand (this also crashed their website). So, there plan was to order 5000 more and withhold the original 400 units. Further to this, the company have hardly communicated anything to the customers who have been left to have the hassle of contacting banks/paypal in order to raise a dipute. They have said they will refund the money howevever, I (as with many others on theor facebook page) have not had their refund! The whole this has been a joke. Just want my money back. I'm guessing they havent done too badly with previous orders before black friday however the whole thing has just been a shambles and has annoyed a lot of people.

Ordered both a PS4 and a Xbox one bundles on black Friday. I was wary about going through with the transaction due to not knowing the company but due to its cheap price I decided to go through with it and how wrong I was!!! These were a Christmas present for both of my sons and then can't bear the thought of then not getting anything for Christmas as I simply can not afford to buy new ones. I paid through a debit card and I really don't know what to do. Do I claim to my bank?????

I order a ps4 on Black Friday and they took 5000 orders for 500 units then cancelled all orders got to wait 10days for my money back from paypal as 24/7 contacted them but did not advise them to refund any orders steer well clear of these idiots

I ordered my son an Xbox One with COD advance warfare for an unbelievable black Friday deal for £264.99! As it turns out this deal is too good to be true as it is still not here.... No delivery, no returned emails or calls taken despite many many attempts! Now my emails are being deleted! I fear I may have lost my money now and do not wish to wait around! My bank has said as it was paid by Visa I can get a refund from them but they need to wait 15 days! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE unless you want to throw money away!

Ordered 2 Xbox ones in black Friday sale but no delivery 7 days later, emailed to chase up but no reply so tried calling but it just rang out. Went to my account to check status of my order "page unavailable" website shut down and a note saying all orders cancelled and for customers to raise a dispute with PayPal for refunds. Not one email or personal call to apologise just a note on their site with instructions. Now have to wait 10 days for PayPal to issue refund as 247 have had their account put on hold so they cant authorise refunds any sooner. Utter disgrace this close to Christmas they should be shut down for deceiving over 3000 customers out of their money!!! They assured customers on their site to ignore stock levels as more were being ordered on cyber Monday and only now claim to have had only 400 consoles in stock that day even though they admit to have 5000 more on order from their supplier. Why say they have ordered more stock then cancel all orders it doesnt make sense, I know of people who ordered before black Friday and are being told the same and are getting refunds also.

I thought there may be a delay with delivery because of the amount of orders they would have had due to black Friday and decided to contact them today to chase up the order. Website down, phone goes to voice mail and email bounced back saying failed. Absolutely disgusted that they have failed to contact anyone to let me know they are unable to uphold the offer and no refund has been issued. Unfortunately I am unable to folk out money to buy another one until I get the money back, whenever that will be. I'm sure someone is sunning it up right now with my cash and plenty of other peoples. Fingers crossed Paypal or my Bank get a refund sorted swiftly. Knew it was too good to be true! Oh and if I could give them 0 I would!!

I am so sorry for you and even more disgusted to say the exact same thing happened to my autistic teenage son with learning difficulties.i ordered a ps4 from them on black Friday.he's was asking everyday if it arrived.I have not had the heart to tell him the truth about these low life's.I have bought a replacement console for him at my own expense while I try and recover the money that's been taken off him.I hope they are proud of themselves.pond life
