Such a terrible experience, bought a tablet in September 2013 and today April 2014 still not received so many phone calls I have made, emails..... In just recent email they are asking more money for delivery which was included on day 1. Pathetic service NEVER EVER BUY :(

“Stay Away or Waste your Money”

I bought a Maxtouch Tablet from this so called company, I wish I had never found it. The tablet was rubbish at it's best; battery life of one hour or so Long tme in loading, freezing and crashing problems. I have had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back from this outfit I am now still out of pocket because of what I had to do to get my money back. I have now involved the Officer of Fair Trading. It is my beleif that these so called traders should not be trading it would seem to me a lot of people have lost money through no fault of their own. I phoned this company prior to ordering and asked the question : Please give me an honest answer is this a decent machine and is it user friendly. Well you can guess the answer I got. The girl who spoke to me does not know what honest means.

I agree with very word this person has said as my own experience mirrors this, I unfortunately bought a tablet as a Xmas present and within the day realised that it was useless. On Boxing Day I contacted the company by email and they lied tooth and nail to me. Eventually they agreed to a refund when I returned the item. On 3rd of January I posted the said item back and recorded the delivery. This is April 5th and I never received a penny back and they even blocked my emails. I have written and called to no avail so people leave well alone. I am now in contact with trading standards and will not stop until these liars pay.

“No serial number = fake ”

I bought a 7 inch maxtouuch tablet for my son for Xmas... Took into a shop to show me how to connect to Internet etc.. Only to be told it's got no serial number!! Which means it's a counterfeit product, also writing in the manual is wonky and box has been hand glued together (very badly)

“SHABBY FOREIGN TWO BIT COMPANY”

very quick to take our money and very quick to deliver . bought 2 7in tablets for xmas presents for our children and on xmas day guess what .... yep they didnt work properly. Sent email after email phone call after phone call and no joy . They sent instructions how to do factory reset as random Gmail accounts were on the tablets .... strange to say they are brand new. what a complete total waste of space and money these people should be locked up and the key thrown away and because they are from Jersey they dont come under UK jurisdiction good eh. bought two galaxy 3 tabs for my children to compensate their xmas presents and they are over the moon with them BEWARE GIVE THEM A WIDE BIRTH

“My Worst Online Shopping Experience”

I purchased a Maxtouuch tablet on 01/08/2013 and I've had nothing but problems with it since the beginning; very slow to use and to respond, basic tasks such as checking Facebook, emails etc became a chore and I was unable to watch any media online such as BBC iPlayer or YouTube. I did contact them regarding this issue and was sent a link which seem to correct the fault however it was still mind numbingly slow. Only a few months later; I purchased a new laptop because this tablet wasn't doing what I needed it to do which resulted in a complaint to 123discount shop on 01/12/13. I was impressed with the response time and the helpfulness of the advisor who explained that if I returned this item I would receive a full refund; which I did. I have proof that they received the item on 11/12/13 and despite numerous emails it appears I was being ignored until I eventually was told my request was being passed to the "refund department" and would be contacted shortly. on 16/12/13 I sent ANOTHER email explaining if this issue doesn't get resolved I will seek legal action and surprisingly the next day I received an email saying the refund would be processed within the next few hours and then another email confirming it had been done. It's now the 18/12/13 and I'm still WITHOUT this refund and despite efforts, I cannot get an answer when I call and still no response through email. It's unbelievable and disgusting that I've been treated this poorly and I will take this matter further, I seriously wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this company. You've been warned.

“Awful quality!”

Ordered 3 tablets, 2 were faulty so they sent replacements without any fuss. All good so far. But these 2 were also faulty so we requested a refund as goods not of satisfactory quality, this was refused! So out of 5 tablets, only 1 worked properly! Nice and polite on emails but need to read up on the Sales of Goods act...

“Son's Christmas ruined!”

Where to start.... The android sandwich tablet was an Xmas present for my son. There was a fault with the android tablet when it Arrived and when I tried to contact them (only available mon to fri 9-5, closed all of Xmas) they tried to describe how I can fix it by email instead of advising to send back for replacement. Their advice didn't work and days later I was told to try something else which also didn't. They are in-contactable at weekends so by this time Xmas was over and my son had no main present, it was awful. It was well into January. I had to pay to send it back to jersey and then the replacement DID NOT ARRIVE. I queried this and was told it was lost in the post and they'll send another one.....total lie I'm sure. Well this came about 5 days later and to top it off there was no memory card or charger in the box! This is the worst SERVICE EVER. It gets better as when we ask for our delivery fee back and some compensation they offered us £3.99 postage back and a free sleeve. You've guessed it.........the charger and memory card came but no free sleeve or £3.99. It is now 15th feb and we are soooooo annoyed you would not believe. BE WARNED iIF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS ONCE RECEIVING YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE NO HOPE OF GETTING IT SOLVED ANYTIME SOON. JOKE OF A COMPANY!!,,
