Very professional response to a repair to my dishwasher. The engineer investigated the cause of the problem and explained all of the options available to me very clearly. Although a replacement part was not an option, as it was obsolete, the engineer advised me to try using another setting on the machine to see if it bypassed the original problem, which it did, as opposed to pushing the option of a new machine. Had the bypass suggestion not worked, I was assured that a new machine could be supplied and fitted within the week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Washtech Repairs for repairs, service, or shopping. My faith in getting a professional response to a breakdown is restored......well done!!!

I called wash tech as recommended by my mother who also used them to fix her washing machine. Help was given to me immediately over the phone. The problem was instantly resolved with camera guidance. Incredible!!!! I was also not charged as an on site appointment was not needed.

I highly recommend Wash Tech , I liked the fact that I could book on line and select time of day slot , also the fact that the engineer calls 30 mins before arrival. The engineer was very knowledgable & polite & provided me with tips to get the best from my appliance, even though my dishwasher decided to behave perfectly when he arrived, he did spend a lot of time trying it.. From the first phone call to request repair to a 16 year old dishwasher, which was very obviously beyond, to the fitting of a new dishwasher 3 days later all staff were so friendly and efficient and were very much working as a team. Repair guy was very knowledgeable and explained the fault and we decided to buy a new machine. He wasn’t pushy in any way. All costs were made very clear. Repair guy recommended a like for like machine that suited our needs. We were told that there would be a 2 man delivery but as only one man was able to deliver we were given £40 refund. Very generous. Fitting was explained and then a comprehensive run through of how dishwasher worked, with very relevant do’s and don’ts - very useful. The whole experience was brilliant and we wouldn’t now use any other company for appliances or repairs. Highly recommended. We have already spread the word. Well done WashTech.

The engineeer arrived in good time and was polite and courteous from the outset. He diagnosed the problem swiftly and advised that the repair would be more expensive than the washing machine was worth. He advised on an equivalent new machine and was happy to wait and see whether I could find a better deal on a new Miele machine. I couldn't and this engineer negotiated a small reduction of the overall price to include delivery, installation and recycling of the old machine. The delivery date is within 48 hours. I was really impressed with the engineer's knowledge about the different machines and models. The service was well worth it and I would not hesitate to use this compaany again. Thank you, Alfie.

Phoned Wash Tech Thursday, engineer arrived Monday morning as per appointment. He was friendly, polite and efficient. The office team are approachable and know what they are talking about Great company to use. Would recommend.

We developed a fault with our washing machine (the first time after many years!). The Washtech engineer came yesterday; he quickly diagnosed the problem, had the appropriate part with him and replaced it very promptly. Washtec go above and beyond. I recently had a faulty Bosch dryer under warranty which Bosch came out to on 4 occasions and could not repair. I sustained a broken door latch on my Miele washing machine- I was given an appointment 2 days later which was suitable. The repairer arrived on time, fixed the door and checked over the rest of the machine. He was quick and polite and COVID aware wearing a mask throughout. Rang this morning and the dishwasher fault was fixed by 3.00pm!!!! Excellent service. The call was answered promptly, details taken and engineer scheduled time agreed. The Engineer rang to say he would be an hour earlier and asked if that was ok. Engineer arrived, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave us some useful information on how to improve our usage of the Bosch dishwasher. Cannot fault the service I received. Highly recommended. Miele dishwasher playing up. The Wash Tech repairman was booked quickly online with confirming email. Repair man called ahead on the day, turned up promptly, found the problem quickly (freakish small piece of glass blocking pump), explained how to sort out such things oneself, then left. Then we paid in a few minutes using bank transfer rather than giving credit-card details by phone Could not be better. Warmly recommended

We have used this company over the last few years to replace our washing machine, fridge freezer and most recently dishwasher. The service received on each occasion has been second to none, from initial enquiry and helpful appliance selection guidance right through to installation. Old machines were taken away without fuss and nothing was too much trouble. Ordered a new machine from Wash Tech and from the very first phone call I had nothing short of fabulous service. New machine was ordered and within a day it was in stock and a date booked to fit and take away. There was a problem fitting the door to the integrated machine but nothing was too much bother, the door was taken away for adjustment and refitted two days later. Have used them once or twice before for repairs and can’t rate them highly enough. Thank you!

We had just arrived in England from France, and our washing machine was leaking. We contacted Wash Tech Repairs and immediately got a date and time. Alfie called 30mins before his arrival and arrived on time. He found the problem in minutes and had to order a new part. When the part arrived we received a call to indicate date and time, again he called 30 mins before his arrival and arrived on time. He mended the machine and left all within 20 minutes. Yesterday an engineer serviced and repaired a dishwasher, two washing machines and a tumble dryer. They are all working beautifully now and I have been given sound advice as to how to look after them and which detergents to use in the future. I was extremely impressed by the engineer who was utterly professional and took his time to explain what the problems were and how he was going to fix them. I feel I have paid a fair price for the service I have received and that he really knew what he was talking about.

Old dishwasher of 13 years service broke down last week. At 9.30 on Monday I called to order anew machine having been given brochure by engineer previously. I was offered the same afternoon for delivery and installation of new machine. Unbelievable! Engineer arrived with new He met several difficulties along the way but overcame each one with a cheery attitude even though it took him well beyond 5.00 p.m. Full instructions were given; all the packing and the old machine were taken away and everything done with a smile and a positivity that was just outstanding.
