We broke a Boden Caftiere Glass at 11am one day, ordered a new one before lunch and it was delivered by 11am the next day.
Completely took us by surprise but of course we were delighted.
The glass was well packed and just perfect.
There is absolutely nothing bad to say about the whole deal.
