Is this a genuine company and still trading? I am having trouble getting an answer to phone calls and emails even left a message, no reply to this either.

I bought something small from them (online) last December - they certainly existed then! So it is a genuine company. I don't know if it is still trading or not - they were a bit slow to answer a query then, so perhaps you could try them again?

sorry can't help. I get emails from them re special offers or promotions and got one about a week ago, so as far as I know they must still exist

My purchase was some time ago but I have no idea whether or not they are still trading. There are still details on Google.

No idea if they still trade, going by my experience of them lack of response to queries is the norm. I'd find somebody else.
