I paid for a gas cooker with collection of old unit.
The delivery team refused to collect the old unit claiming they were not trained to do so. There was absolutely no reference made to this in the original marketing documentation, so the team were wither lying, or the documentation is incorrect.

###BEWARE### - Do not trust the online documentation or delaivery teams and make sure you check yourself before purchasing.
