Great service with Rapid Appliances, i ordered a Bosch washing machine and they emailed the following day to advise the model i ordered was out of stock. But they would offer me a better model for the same price. They delivered the washing machine on the designated day and collected my old broken washing machine with no hassle.

I'd definitely use Rapid Appliances again.

I ordered a Bosch washing machine based on Which? Best Buy recommendation and Rapid Appliances were the cheapest option. I've used AO in the past and been very pleased with them and fully expected to be buying off them again, but the significantly cheaper price swung it for me. I got an e-mail back shortly after placing the order saying the model I wanted was recently out of stock, and would I accept an upgrade for the same price. Errrr....yes please! Within 24 hours the new appliance was delivered and the old one taken away (for a reasonable £10 fee) - my only grouse, i didn't know it was going to be delivered so quickly and I was out at the time! However, when I got the call to say they had arrived, the delivery guys agreed to wait the 15 mins it took me to get home and all was well.

Good price, great product, great customer service, truly rapid delivery - what's not to like? This is a competitive industry and these guys are obviously keen to succeed in it and are trying their best. They get my vote - I'm very happy and would recommend Rapid Appliances.

Communication was brilliant, they kept me up to date about delivery and gave me a two hour time slot so I didn't have to wait in all day. And the dryer is just what I needed

The machine is exactly what I needed, the price was really good and the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful. Very impressed. I had a couple of niggles with the service. I ordered online and got no emailed confirmation of order or estimated delivery date. When I rang, they said delivery would be in a couple of days but I arranged a date a couple of weeks away (for my convenience) The next day I got a text saying delivery would be the following day. As it happened I became available for that delivery slot so it worked out fine, but I would have been annoyed if that hadn't been the case - the website states they charge £60 for a failed delivery so I hope I wouldn't have had to fight my corner on that. So it all worked out fine despite the confusion.

Ordered an White Knight integrated tumble dryer as a replacement for an existing machine on Saturday afternoon, received an email apologising that the item was currently out of stock but it would be in and ready for delivery the following Saturday, I consider a 7 day delivery quite good anyway especially as it was not a free-standing appliance. On the Thursday before the delivery date, I received an email and a call to my mobile saying the tumble dryer would be delivered on the advised day between 11.30 and 1.30. It was actually delivered at 11.38 the driver helped carry it into the kitchen. It was well packaged and delivered carefulIy. I am really impressed with the communication and the service, I was kept informed as to the status of my order, it was delivered within 7 days and within 8 minutes of the earliest delivery time, which meant I did not have to stay in for hours waiting. I don't think anyone could ask for more. I will certainly be recommending this company and will definitely use them again when necessary. So nice to receive such outstanding service, thank you.

Ordering my tumble dryer, so much information, also video clips, it felt like I was in a shop. I was able to make the choice I wanted in no time. The delivery date was within a few days, no weeks, which I liked. I received a text with a time slot. The delivery was very good, the man brought in the machine and took all packaging and old machine, this was worth the payment as I did not have to get rid of anything myself. Excellent service all around, will recommend to my family and friends.

I ordered my washing machine on the Saturday having trolled through the internet to get the best price. I paid, what I considered a fantastic price which included free delivery. On the Monday I received an email stating that due to the items popularity they had sold out BUT they offered me the next model up at the same price. How many companies would do that these days?
