I purchased a cooker from this company off their website. I got an automated receipt then nothing. After a week I rang them to be told they would have to ring me back. They later left a message on my answer phone saying that they had sold me the cooker for £300 less than they wanted to and they had refunded my money. Not even a sorry. Terrible business practice and I suspect there is something about consumer law about this, I will check. I would be a bit cautious with this company.

I have ordered my appliance and never received an email saying when it is going to be delivered.

Delivery information on their website should state min. and max. delivery time for customers. But it does not.

I have emailed them 3 times and have never received ANY reply. Terrible customers service and communication.

When I called them after 6 days they claimed they have tried to call me at several occasions but no answer from my side (?!).

Supposingly they even left me voicemail which I also have never received.

If I did not call them, I would be waiting for the item which would never be delivered as when I callled they told me that transaction was cancelled and the item is out of stock...

I would not recommend it to anyone.

I cannot recommend this company enough. My range cooker arrived today right on schedule and it looks perfect in my kitchen. The cooker is immaculate and looks even better than on the website picture. I cannot believe I finally have a range cooker at last, and with a free hood too! From the moment I placed the order to the minute the cooker came through my door, the company could do not do enough to help.
