Worst Customer Service

I ordered a Buffalo Wet n Dry Vacuum Cleaner on April 29, 2014. The monies of £44.74 were immediately deducted from my account. On 30 April, I was informed that the item was out of stock and that I can either wait until June for it to come back into stock or cancel the item.

April 30, reply sent immediately to cancel and asking when reimbursement would be made. No reply
May 1, another e-mail sent asking for confirmation of cancellation and reimbursement - No reply.
May 2, a third e-mail sent again asking for acknowledgement - No reply
May 7, the fourth e-mail sent seeking an explanation as to why my e-mails have been going unanswered, not threatening and still polite - Still No reply.
May 9, telephoned on the 0844 number charging 5 pence per minute (according to BT charges) first two attempts not answered and the third attempt lasting 5 minutes only to then be informed by automated response that they are busy and then cut off!
This is now with my bank as a dispute but be warned, if I could give zero stars I would - avoid at all costs!
