The above says it all. Paid for next day delivery (£6.99) item not received on time. Subsequent poor customer service. when we did receive the item there was no instructions on how to fit to the washing machine.
we would not order from espares again.

only order if you are not in a hurry for the item and don't pay extra for next day delivery
