Electriq oven

@appliancesdirect.co.uk This must be the worst customer service in the world, I paid £250.00 for a single oven i had it six months and it stopped working, i reported the fault on November 30th 2018, the engineer arrived on 10th December, he couldn't diagnose the problem so he ordered a new front panel, after numerous 20+ minute long phone calls, the engineer returned on 2nd Jan 2019, fitted the new part, the oven thermostat light still isn't working, and after he went we noticed the new front panel was badly damaged above the temperature dial, all the metal is uneven, sticking out and sharp, So another 40 minute phone call on 7th Jan, the customer services said as usual, 'we will call you back tomorrow' , once again no reply from them, i called them again on the 11th January, i was on the phone for a total of 45 minutes once again, saying we will get the engineer to contact you, I'm not holding my breath, as they never return the phone call's, I am really disgusted at this poor service of this company, i never had an oven all throughout the Christmas and New Year period, meaning i had to cancel my xmas dinner for my family which caused a lot of stress and messing around as Appliances Direct said they would definitely have something sorted out for in time for Christmas,It never happened, so the family members had to go out on Christmas eve and buy the food for their own Christmas dinner, how disgusting. Appliances Direct should of replaced the oven as it was only 6 months old, or at least got it working.
