Avoid this company at all costs. A product was faulty, they asked me to return it before processing a refund. Now that they received it all communication has ceased. This seems to be a common complaint both here and TrustPilot (if you filter on 1 stars). I doubt any of the positive ratings on TrustPilot are legitimate given their behaviour towards myself and others who have left negative reviews. I purchased a 3-in-1 BBQ smoker grill barbecue from them which I found to be faulty. A replacement was not possible as they confirmed that their entire stock exhibited this behaviour. They arranged for a courier to collect the barbecue can confirmed that they would refund me on receipt of the item. Once they received it all communication ended. I've now raised a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back and am considering further legal action against them.

My company paid extra for Saturday delivery well within the parameters stated on the site. Including postcode areas. Guess what.. my parts didnt turn up. Lost a customer and money. Now have to try and prize my money back off this phoney company. Use espares or connect distribution. Much much better. Don't be sold by the pay £8.99 next day Saturday delivery. It's rubbish.

There are other suppliers who are cheaper, more helpful and willing to offer exchanges and refunds. So why bother when you can use better alternatives such as Amazon than this useless company.

This company sold me a product under the name '4 Your Home Spares and Accessories'. I'm sorry to have to report that I've had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a replacement part for my Kenwood mixer, but when I received it, I found that it was not compatible with my mixer. I duly returned it intact and in its original bag and outer packaging to the company. I even went to the trouble of placing the original bag in a stronger plastic bag to give it more protection than it had on delivery, before carefully placing it in the padded bag that it was originally delivered to me in. The company have written to me today to say that they have received it but it is damaged and that I did not use protective wrapping to protect it !! I am now having to pursue a claim via Royal Mail. As you can imagine, to be accused of not providing protective wrapping when I actually bettered what they had sent the part in has annoyed me considerably, and I am a very unhappy customer.

I completely agree with some of the previous reviews on this company. Customer service is terrible. I ordered a couple of items at approx 1000hrs on Thursday, and paid for next day delivery, which was accepted by the company. I then received an email stating delivery would be on Monday. That is four days later, but according to Customer services that is only two days. They rant on about reading the small print called terms and conditions telling me that i should have read them. Surely any difference to the options given on the checkout should be highlighted in tha t section. It says on the checkout page "next day delivery" that is what people think expect. I will never use these people again. As previously stated customer services are very terrible...

I purchased a water pump for my washing machine to replace a leaking pump. Having never purchased a used spare part before, I have to admit to being a little sceptical. However, when the part arrived, I was amazed. The part arrived very quickly and was like new. In fact, it could have been sold as new and I would have been none the wiser. If I ever need another replacement part for any domestic appliance, I will be sure to visit the Appliance Warehouse website first. Excellent products and service.

I ordered a charger for my Dyson, it was a copy and not a genuine part, but these should still work! the charger stopped working after just 2 months, so I took it to my local electrical store to be tested, they told me it was not working and it should still be under warranty as it was obviousley faulty. I sent the charger back to appliance spares warehouse and they said they had tested it and the charger did work, so they posted the faulty charger back to me, they refused to give me a replacement. I will not be ordering from this company again and I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards, anything you purchase should be fit for purpose!

What a refreshing change ! Phoned up, spoke to someone pleasant and helpful, ordered a set of washer drum paddles, they arrived 2 days later as promised, genuine and correct parts, {and a lot cheaper and quicker than local spares shop}, washer working again, everybody happy, thank you ASW.

Hi, Avoid this merchant - I ordered an item on the 16th Jan - displayed as in stock online. Shortly after placing the order I received an email to say that payment had been processed and that the item had been dispatched. Note, the email explicitly said it had been dispatched. I waited 6 days before emailing the merchant to ask where my item was and whether there was any tracking information in-case it had gone astray with the courier. The response I received was that the item was out of stock and that they would refund my card. Obviously confused as I had received previous confirmation of dispatch I was abruptly told thaqt "we never actually told you it was dispatched" when I pointed out the wording of the email, "well that's an automated message, we can't change that."

Awarded one star by default as could not give them less which they deserved. Ordered item that never came after many enquiries was told that their company policy was to wait 18 days before sending a replacement, asked for a refund instead and not to send the item to me should they find it. Item arrived over two weeks after order, I suspect having been posted after I asked not to do so. Returned item and was refunded cost minus initial postage, which is a breach of the distant selling regulations. I informed them they were breaking the law but they seem to think as it is their company policy they don't need to comply with law! Email correspondence is answered quickly but not exactly in a customer friendly way. Would not recommend to anybody. Amateur company that breaks the law and tries to hide behind illegal company policy, I will be forwarding their responses to trading standards.

Purchased hoover parts,next day delivery was 2 days late,then left 15 miles away at a post office,part was damaged,i assumed in transit,a new part was despatched with out too much fuss but the replacement had the same damage,they basically told me it was my fault and their products are all faultless.To me it looked like a manufacturing flaw-cheap reproduction parts.The 2nd part was also left 15 miles away.Total inconvenience and rubbish customer service.They didnt even want the parts back which would suggest they cost peanuts to produce and they are not bothered.Refused to refund my postage.Waiting for a refund on part.RUBBISH!RUBBISH!RUBBISH!

Seems they really don't like giving refunds. They will try anything to wriggle out of it. I've sent nearly 20 emails, tried sending messages through their website, phone calls etc. I can never seem to speak to or have my complaint passed on to a manager. I just get stone walled by extremely rude support staff. 2 months later I still have not managed to get this resolved. JUST MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE RIGHT PART AS YOU'RE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!

I ordered a replacement lead for my flymo lawnmower and received 2 days later. Fantastic delivery speed and service. I was expecting to have to wait a little longer for delivery because i just stuck to the cheaper standard delivery option. There are some other reviews on here about slow delivery but i guess this was down to royal mail and not the companies fault as i can't fault the service i received and the price was the cheapest around. Not sure what else i can say - would require this site.

I ordered the cable for a flymo lawnmower late on the previous bank holiday Monday and received the confirmation of despatch email the following day. Payment was also taken the same day. The website indicates it takes approx. 3 days for receipt of goods using standard delivery, so given the despatch email was received so quickly I expected the cable to be delivered by the weekend. The weekend came and went, so after 6 days I contacted customer services to be advised that the bank holiday may have delayed delivery (strange as the despatch receipt was sent after the bank holiday weekend but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.) Another week passed and having contacted customer services I was advised to contact my local Royal Mail sorting office to check if the item was waiting for collection. I duly contacted them to be told they had nothing outstanding for the address. Having contacted customer services again, they apologised for the inconvenience caused and said they operate a 18 working day policy for undelivered/lost post through Royal Mail but on this occasion they would request a refund on my behalf. If they were really sorry about the inconvenience caused would they not offer to send another part or at least compensate me for the calls and time spent chasing the order?

I have recently bought a Dyson spare from ASW and the price was the cheapest in the market and also free 1st class delivery. Ordered Friday and received Monday morning. Great packaging, returns welcome. Overall I'm very this purchase. No hesitation recommending.
