When a manufacturing fault became evident, Appliance Planet immediately offered to replace the item, and arranged to have a replacement sent out by courier the following day - no ifs, buts or haggling. Replacement product fine. With this sort of service, I would have no hesitation in buying from this company again. Courteous and very helpful staff, and internet purchasing and contact a doddle. If only more companies were like this one!

I purchased a microwave after our last one decided it wasn't going to play ball (shutting off after random times). I did a good trawl of the web and looked at a number in stores. (I neeeded one of specific dimensions to fit a fitted kitchen) After agrreing on a suitable replacement then happened on Appliance Planet, they came out with competitive pricing with no hidden charges. (Important a lot of sites appeared to add massive delivery charges credit card fees etc.) It is an easy web site to navigate round and found the Micro wave I was after quickly. Delivery came from stock and delivered before the initial estimated delivery date. The packaging was very good with strong box and more than adequate protection. All round excellent Service, and a happy customer would certainly recommend. Overall V Happy.

Found AppliancePlanet on the PriceSpy website. They reckon this is the ninth popular freezer and we had difficulty finding someone holding stock. Needed an overflow freezer to be placed in a spare bedroom. Definitely the right choice. The wind makes more noise than this freezer its astonishingly quiet. When its on super freeze the noise increases but not much more than normal running. Put an energy meter on appliance and the true power readings were amazing, 24W normal running, 60W super freeze less than 100kWh/a and at £0.15/kWh it would cost £15 per year to run. It takes 1W on standby. The 104L volume drops a bit because Liebherr recommend that the two freezer blocks that come with the freezer should be placed in the bottom drawer to extend power loss temperature. The buttons have a child lock feature and the digital display has five dim settings. There is a temperature alarm with mute button. Two very polite guys delivered the freezer and took it up stairs for us. They reoved the packaging and took it with them. They phoned just before arriving and applianceplanet kept us in the loop all the way by email. Good choices all round.

Great product. Efficient and very easy to clean unlike most brushed stainless steel products does not leave a streaky finish when cleaned.Would recommend this microwave, excellent value for money. Looks great and not too noisy. Have not used the grill function as yet but am very pleased with product and very easy to use and to alter heat settings.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The price was the best I could find and I am very happy with the performance of the vacuum. Other vacuums I have used had nowhere near the amount of suction. The hose is good and does not keep getting twisted like on my previous(other make) vacuum. The extension pipes are good and I do not have to bend when using the appliance. I like the manual cable retraction as opposed to automatic which sometime can be so fast and whack you on the leg. There is nothing at present that I can complain about on this item.

I'd not used them before and they were one of relatively few suppliers for the item in question. Nevertheless they offered a good price and there were no problems with any aspect of their service. Communications were good with clear and concise emails along with order tracking via their web site.

My order was dealt with very efficiently. Appliance Planet rang a week before to tell me the delivery date and they rang on the day before to let me know what time to expect my LEC Larder 'fridge. Promptly at that time the van drew up and two very obliging delivery men put the 'fridge where I wanted and unpacked it so I could check it over. The 'fridge has been working well. It seems to be good value for money.
