“Unreliable”

I've had two purchases to date and on both occasions I had to follow up the order as it hadn't been dispatched. The first time they blamed the stock system, the second the warehouse staff. On both occasions I put the order through the week before I needed the parts for the job and ended up doing having to do the job the following week end,

“numerious errors (proceed your orders with caution)”

i ordered two items with this company fridge freezer and a cooker! fridge freezer working perfectly but BIG errors with the cooker. when looking at the website i saw an ex-display item i thought that will do. then notifing me it has been sold so i ordered a new one when the product arrived it looked like an ex-display but charged me FULL price. when the cooker came i found out it had the wrong product description even though i called up to specifically ask does it have NG, which the person assured me YES thats what it says. i called up to compain about he situation and the person ordered me a new one which took another 6 weeks. Once the cooker arrived it was the wrong colour! i was then told i could return it and the right one sent out but this was another 6 week wait. Refund: i was told a refund on the outstanding balance would be returned to me as the cooker i had got was cheaper than the one i previously sent to me. The refund is a small amount but i am more upset of the numeriuous miastakes made on the cooker than the money. they told me a refund would be given straight a away, 2 months have gone by. i have called five times and 3 emails but still this matter has not been sorted out. when calling they had told me a refund had been given to me a week ago, but checking my account NO money has gone through. yet when calling them they tell me "we have to call our accounts department and we will give you an update in the afternoon". two days later still no call and still no refund (did i expect anything less). how many errors can go wrong with just one order? Proceed your orders with caution!!

“Took almost a month to deliver ”

We ordered a fridge freezer on the 3rd July 2013, we were not notified that the item was not in stock when we originally ordered the product. I then called as I had not heard anything about my delivery a week on to which I was then told that this would be coming in stock shortly however when I called again the stock had never arrived, again I was not notified of this further delay. I finally received my product almost a month later than the date it had been originally ordered. The product was fine but the communication throughout the order was appauling to say the least. Price was also good thats the only reason why we held on so long for the delivery and did not cancel sometime before.

“Very slow”

Took 4 weeks for item to arrive if I know it was going to take that long I wouldn't of used the company. Never using company again

Thank you for your review on our services.

We'd like to offer our sincere apologies to you as it seems due to a technical error you did not receive an e-mail from us informing you of the delay in the stock by the supplier.

We check stock of products as soon as we receive an order and only progress the order if there is stock with the manufacturer/supplier. Initially we had received confirmation of stock but 2 weeks later we were informed of delays which we tried to communicate with you. Unfortunately, our automated e-mailing system didn't work in this case (and a few other orders).

We are otherwise very efficient at informing customers of delays as soon we find out.

“Worst internet experience EVER!”

After ordering a cooker hood on the 14th February I discovered it was not in stock after waiting a month for delivery. I demanded a refund which then took over a month to come through. I phoned countless times and was just passed from pillar to post. In their own terms conditions they state that they don't take payment for 'out of stock' goods but they DID! The price was competitive but the customer service was TERRIBLE. If you order from these clowns check the item is in stock before paying!

Dear Mr Joseph,

Thank you for your review about your experience with us and we're sad to hear it wasn't a good one.

I'd like to outline the reasons why your experience didn't go as smoothly as we'd like to.

1. Delay to the supply of the product - we were let down by the supplier multiple times. Initially we had information from them that the item is in stock and that's why we take payment. Later on we were told there is a delay to this product of 1 week but were then informed again after 1 week there is another delay with no forecast of stock. We can only apologise for this and like you had placed your trust in us we had our trust in the supplier.

2. Refund delay - refunds are done within 24 hours however in this case the sort code you had provided was 1 digit incorrect and the banks only let us know of the "bounced payment" many days later. You gave us these incorrect bank details on 26th March and on 27th March we processed the payment. One 15th April you let us know the correct bank details and the refund was done on that same day which you now have.

We're sorry things didn't go smoothly has we'd all liked but I hope the explanation of events above paints a more accurate picture for you to appreciate.
