Excellent customer service from AO. Ordered a toaster which was delivered for free the next day. However, it was slightly damaged inside the box, so contacted AO. Absolutely no messing about, they said they'd exchange it and the replacement toaster was delivered the following day with the driver taking away the original toaster. This is first class customer service and some other companies could learn a few things from AO.
