With response to my earlier review to be fair Wowcher have offered a full refund.As for the Airport Parking I have put in a complaint and they have apologised saying they had telephone issues. I am waiting there responce

Bought a pedi roller from WOWCHER deal. Actually forgot about it for a couple of weeks but then contacted WOWCHR who sent an email to Salon Boxed to contact me. However got home that evening and my order had arrived so all ended well and happy with the product.

I purchased from wow her with high hopes of getting w good deal. I spent about £100 on a few items and after looking at some of the reviews I thought I would never receive them. One item came a little bit late but they all arrived and were exactly as they said on the advert! I would definitely order again.

Offer is one price but to redeem its sometimes difficult to get item at that price, it keeps quoting higher price.would be obliged if this were sorted.than you.

I have ordered quiet a few items. Very happy with delivery and standard. I have been ordering for a few months but still havent received any points. Dissapointing.

I ordered a wowcher for afternoon tea at The Danubius Hotel. You get the email straight away and have to call them or redeem the voucher online. I chose to call them and they were lovely they advised me not to give my code over the phone in case someone else tried to use it. Also, I had to change the dates a couple of times and they were more than happy to do so & I asked if I was able to bring my toddler and they were very accommodating! On the day we were running late which wasn't a problem and they validated out parking ticket. Overall, was a very good price for the deal, service at the restaurant was excellent and I would recommend!

Really great value offers on a variety of goods and services. Don't really understand about the points accumulated yet, but am confident it will be a bonus.

The items are good value and delivery is speedy. I have had a wide variety of items and holidays and have been happy with the majority of my purchases.

I love wowcher as I tend to go more for the 2 nite stays and pamper deals.. wowcher has lots of choices and find it very useful.. also dealt with a product I purchased that I didn't receive very quickly and were very helpful.. always use them thanks guys xx

I have purchased many of the wowcher deals and always found it quick and easy to order, there is always a great selection on offer including lots of gift ideas. The last item i bought was a beautiful brushed aluminium house number plaque, I'm more than happy!

I enjoy wowcher & have purchased deals more than once. The only problem I have is sometimes the web page sticks sometimes. Otherwise, I have had no issues with delivery or redeeming my deals.

Not had too many probs but when have customers services have been pretty good,but don't like the credit scheme,in some cases they should refund money

I have purchase a few deals - I think I have had good bargains - gold plated playing cards for my sons - nice novelty value. Lovely bracelet for my daughter - great value. Fast delivery very pleased with service.

Not always the cheapest option sometimes worth checking out the product on different store websites but inspiring ideas for gifts and holidays and well displayed website.

Plenty of reasonably priced offers in all aspects of entertainment, beauty, exercise , holidays, craft wear and jewellery and education etc. Vouchers are printable quite soon after purchase - which is great - as arrangements (If booking in an hotel) can be made for bookings day after the purchase - as short breaks are my main interest in the offers. I have always been satisfied with the quality of these breaks. I always look at reviews before purchasing and if wowcher were to do that they would have an idea what the public have experienced using the service advertised- as some reviews are not good eg( beauty and hairdressing) therefore I would not go ahead and purchase the voucher. My only criticism is the 0844 telephone number which is expensive to ring, so if I have a query it I will always use e mail and answers to my query of course take longer than a telephone call. Also after purchasing one voucher and printing it out - in very small print on the voucher it stated 'first time customers only' which I was not aware of when purchasing and as I was not a first time customer with the company I could not use it. I am now not sure how to use your refund system and I realise there must be an limited time for the credit?
