Disgusting company that doesn't take care of its customers and the only thing that they look at is profit and shamming customers. My voucher was going to expired in a few days and I went to the website in my phone to download and use it that day. By mistake and because the website is not designed properly I pressed the button "extend" I even didn't notice it. I download the voucher and closed the website. I opened my email and I received the bill of the extension of the voucher...than I didn't want to buy at all! They took the money without any warning and any message to make aware the customer that he was going to buy something!!! Absoluting appalling behaviour, a behaviour that a sham website could have. I used the voucher the same day, as I was planned to so I DIDN'T NEED the extension. I try to explain to them but the customer service is totally pointless, they see money in and it is the only thing that they care, again, disgusting! Never ever again! Million of other site do your job much much better and without shamming people, you should be reported!

Bought a 4 night city break and was passed to Travelodeal who use bully and pressure tactics and do not book what you have paid for. When complained to Wowcher they couldn't be less interested and played dumb. Said it was a voucher and not their problem. I don't understand how they are getting away with taking people's money and taking no responsibility when their trusted partners are sham companies.

I bought 2 holiday vouchers last month and was told to redeem within 48 hours so I could speak to the holiday provider, which I did. BUT when I spoke to the provider the flights were awful. It was meant to be a 6 nights holiday but 2 of them I would have to be travelling. There was a train connect ion that should have been 2 hours and 20 mins but they wanted to book us on a 7 hour train with multiple changes. if you want to get better flight times, ie not last flight out and first flight back, then you have to pay more. The same with the hotels that were advertised, you can get them so they are available but they cost more so they want to double the cost of your holiday. When you point this out to customer service they say well you redeemed your voucher. BUT you cant find out how bad the holiday is until you redeem the voucher. Then they try and bully and harass you into booking it.

we bought a bed and quality was poor when i say this you could not sleep on it as the wooden construction and mattress i seen better one in skips we had old one 15 year and it was like a hotel lux one compared if you do something to day just dont buy from wowcher as they just rip off you can get cheaper local they dont care and just want your money let boycott them as i advice all people we know to give them a miss so wowcher your losing money how does it feel

Absolutely awful customer service. *I have received a refund after weeks of trying, but they refuse to discuss that they know this product is not being delivered and have done for three weeks, and they are still selling it on their website as 24-hour delivery. I have been trying to speak to someone via Wowcher for three weeks. I am awaiting an Adobe license and a SketchUp license purchase. I have only had generic emails from both Wowcher and Living Social. Adobe Master licence and SketchUp Pro licence have both not been delivered, and no contact has been made from the company selling them. The generic email from living social states (content below copied directly from email) "Thanks for you're mail, and we're here to help. We had today contact with our distributor, and it's promised this week if not we refund" I have received that generic email three times, each time asking only for an expected date for the licence to be available. Wowcher has been unhelpful, and honestly, I think it's awful they are still allowing this company to sell on their website. It has been nearly a whole month, and so I have requested a refund, which has also not happened. The company in question is called Software Distribution, sold under the name Living Social. All communication has been done either by a robot or by someone who is sending only generic responses. I have solved the issue by dealing with my master card bank, who have refunded and are arguing on my behalf. Wowcher, you should be ashamed to still be selling this company's items. If i could vote no stars I would.

On the 5th January 2024 I purchased an apple phone, delivered by Londonmagicstore UK LTD, it arrived the price being £62.00, there was no charger or lead with the phone, then Wowcher on the 6th January charged me another £17.49 for an automatic transaction, then on the 8th January another £13.99 again an automatic transaction was taken from my Paypals Account. I did not authorise these transactions, and I tried to get a refund but just got a series of Claim Numbers (3 in total). Now I find out that these vouchers have now expired. I have reported this to my Bank and it could possibly be a fraud. I would advise anybody to be extra careful of dealing with this Company.

Wowcher Order number - 45966244 Booked a holiday to Madrid with a stay in Manchester the night before to be close to Manchester airport. Prime holidays do not answer the phone or emails. Was told by Wowcher on October 27th they’d cancel and refund, had nothing. Emailed multiple times for a refund and have been ignored. We are over £480.69 out of pocket since the end of October and now due to a lack of refund have to take this to financial and business ombudsman service. They will take your money and refuse to refund you by using third party companies selling holidays that don’t exist!! Be aware - don’t use Wowcher!

I purchased a wowcher for a 2 course meal and a comedy show with drinks. So I book a hotel in London as we live in Northamptonshire. Pay a small fortune in train fares. Arrive at the venue to be told we are the only ones booked and they weren't putting the comedy on. We left and I am flaming furious!!! What will be done as far as a refund is concerned and paying towards our totally unnecessary expenses? First time I've ever used wowcher and what a sham!

I wanted to purchase an advent calender and during the process i was charged for VIP membership. £6.98 was taken from my bank along with the cost of the calender. I was in a verbal battle to get my money returned and finally cancelled the order. I was told by an automated chat line that VIP money woild be returned , this was just £4.99. I still havent had the full amount of £6.98 returned It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anybody. Never again

Probably the worst service I've received from a company in over 50 years. Easy to purchase wowchers, but redemption dire due to problems with wowcher systems - it took 4 days to sort themselves out after complaints. Goods weren't dispatched and the vendor failed to respond to emails. Customer service at wowcher is via whatsapp and it takes them at least 24 hours to respond. Eventually, after 4 weeks, I've finally received a refund. Don't believe them when they say they give a full refund, they don't. They retained about 10% of each transaction AND failed to refund the delivery costs that I'd paid. They also continue to advertise the vendor's goods. WOWCHER! Avoid them at all costs!

Never buy from Wowcher there customer service is non-existent, they take over a day to respond on Whats App and when they do they refuse to compromise on a customer issue they have zero back up they have wasted a weeks’ worth of calls & emails between us and the Alexandra house hotel in Swindon. This whole saga has left us out of pocket by £220 and caused my wife undue stress at a time when this is very unnecessary. I urge anyone to think twice before parting with money to Wowcher.

I find using WhatsApp as a means of contact is unprofessional and time consuming. Being asked the same information numerous times as they are too lazy or heaven forbid thick?! Also attitude could be improved upon. Trying to find a Working Email address for the was nigh impossible, took me a day of searching. Cancelled my order within 24hrs last weekend and still not had 1 of the items refunded to my bank account It just happy to be the most expensive item. Oh they try to refund to your 'Wowcher Wallet and also pay a monthly fee If you use Wowcher Voucher This is now Thursday I got an email this afternoon saying they are refunding last item but will take yet another 5 days. Oh almost forgot to mention the Promotional Email Deluge that hits your Mailbox I asked them to Close the account and Stop email bombardment. I did not subscribe to this. I would have liked to know Clearly all about how they operate. LPG

I ordered hotel pillows from wowcher they never arrived so i got intouch they replied by telling me they had a long line of obviosly complaints if people get treated how i was they evetually got back to me sending me a voucher but because i didnt look at it straight away i mean a matter of days it expired they have been rude and wont help me just telling me my voucher as expired avoid this company like the plague thankyou

I would warn anyone to be careful about this company. First: They either hide or make hard to notice add-ons for items. For example: I ordered something that cost £19.99. That was the price. But then I found they'd charged me for monthly subscription to their 'VIP' service. So I had to cancel that via PayPal from recurring every single month. I also discovered, when I tried to redeem my voucher, that delivery would cost an additional £6.99. Why hide that? Second: I was irritated enough to decide I wanted to cancel the whole thing - only to find you can't cancel on their web site. So I looked at the refunds info: unless you agree merely to a credit voucher, which obliges you to use their site again, you are stuck. There's no online form, there's no email, there's no phone number to request a refund. So how CAN you request a refund? You can only do so by contacting them via WhatsApp! I've never heard of any company doing that. What if you don't have a smart phone? What if you don't know about apps? You're stuck. Avoid this company. Until it has a transparent and inclusive process for refunds and complaints, it's not fit for purpose.

On 24 February Wowcher took payment for some plants. They have not been sent. Told email site I used to contact them about this was closed. Have written to customer services in Derby. Of course no reply. All I want is to be sent the plants I ordered.

I was curious and done a mystery Wowcher deal for £9.99 which actually cost more including p+p hoping to get a fantastic surprise, well I was surprised because I got a small wireless speaker, what a load of rubbish and will never to it again very disappointed to say the least
