I would warn anyone to be careful about this company.
First: They either hide or make hard to notice add-ons for items. For example: I ordered something that cost £19.99. That was the price. But then I found they'd charged me for monthly subscription to their 'VIP' service. So I had to cancel that via PayPal from recurring every single month. I also discovered, when I tried to redeem my voucher, that delivery would cost an additional £6.99. Why hide that?
Second: I was irritated enough to decide I wanted to cancel the whole thing - only to find you can't cancel on their web site. So I looked at the refunds info: unless you agree merely to a credit voucher, which obliges you to use their site again, you are stuck. There's no online form, there's no email, there's no phone number to request a refund.
So how CAN you request a refund? You can only do so by contacting them via WhatsApp! I've never heard of any company doing that. What if you don't have a smart phone? What if you don't know about apps? You're stuck.
Avoid this company. Until it has a transparent and inclusive process for refunds and complaints, it's not fit for purpose.
