I was appalled by the customer service (or lack thereof). I Do not pay in cash as, if you need to return the item, they hold your funds hostage and force you to wait for an online store credit voucher, which you’ll have to wait weeks to receive. Once I finally received the voucher I didn’t want in the first place, it arrived without a voucher code. I had to call in to request a voucher code. 10 minutes later, they confirmed they’d sent the voucher code. I attempted to use the voucher code, and found it was no valid. Yet another call to “customer support” and I’m told they’ll get back to me in 24 hours. Meanwhile, they won’t hold the only items I have any interest in in my cart (even though they have my money for payment!). Second time I ask that my concern be escalated and that I speak to a manager, and nothing. I will never again purchase anything from this platform. Shameful!

I decided to get one of their "deals", and they stole my money. After a difficult email exchange with them, they confirmed the item was in backorder and they will be providing a full refund. However, refund was never completed. The don't have any customer service at all: chat in page is always down, phone numbers are disconnected and they didn't answered my emails. Please be aware of them!
