Amazing personal customer service: I urgently needed a large food and drinks cooler box to go on a sudden camping trip and Magar's managing director personally sorted it out in super-fast time, answering all my queries by email and phone and arranging for delivery in London in good time for the trip. The item itself was superb and kept everything icy cold for three days of summer weather. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. They ought to be training staff in customer service skills at British Telecom, in banks and in all those other places which are totally frustrating to deal with.
