Would never use debinhams plus we have been waiting over a month had two delivery dates cancelled and still now don't have a new delivery date. When u phone customer service is shocking we are just hoping our hauck travel system arrives before the baby! BEWARE DO NOT USE DEBINHAMS PLUS!!!!!

I ordered a Hauck Travel Cot on 6 June with a "2-3 day" delivery,for my new granddaughter who was expected to arrive by 29 June. On 8 June I was advised, by e-mail, that the order would not be delivered until 28 June. Following e-mail discussion, I accepted delay, only to be told, again by e-mail, on the afternoon of 28 June that delivery date was now 23 July! I cancelled order and immediately reordered from PreciousLittleOne who, despite extensive flooding on that afternoon, managed to deliver within one working day as promised, although my granddaughter had already arrived on 26 June! Oh, and the overall cost was 5% lower - I will not consider Debenhams ever again.

I recently ordered an Travel system from Debenhams Plus. They claim to deliver on next day but they took 2 days to process the order and delivery is disappointing. I had make at least 5 calls to the delivery company and three call to Debenhems still not received the order. Only buy if you can wait for a week and have lots of time to follow up.

I recently ordered an ipad2 from Debenhams Plus. I ordered this in white and confirmed definately in white twice on the call. When it arrived it was black. when i called they said they would have to call me on Friday to arrange collection for monday. No call when i chased it they said they needed to listen to my call to confirm i had actually ordered it in white. I did recieve a call confirming this and that cust service would call to arrange collection. she said she would get them to discuss a gesture discount as means of good will after I had asked if they would. no call, so i chased and they collected the following day. I have made calls tues,wed,and now thursday they still have not sent the ipdad and i have now been told no gesture of good will. to top it off as I paid in vouchers and cash they will only refund me in vouchers preventing me from going to apple. where it is currently £10.00 cheaper I would never wish to recieve a debenams voucher again it is not a gift its a nightmare. I hope to recieve my ipad sometime this year!!!!!

Were these items delivered to you all via "BuyitDirect". I made enquiries to Debenhams and got replies from BuyitDiret. I asked if they were part of Debenhams ? So far, no replies
