I'd previously been buying my liquid soap flakes from another online source. I use it because normal soap powder causes irritation and the smell throughout the day drives me mad! I needed some more, but they didn't have enough stock (which would have incurred hefty postage), and they didn't even respond to my email asking if they knew when they'd have it back in. That was when I Googled and came across Concord Extra. Without going into cost details, let's just say that this is where I will be buying it in future. Great value and great service - and the soap is as good as it always is.
