Order received well packed and in good time.
Disappointingly 3 deodorant spray caps and 1 aftershave bottle cap were cracked allowing content to empty into box! Damage suspected to be caused by the manufacturer's shrink wrap machine.
Breakage reported to Concord customer services who acted swiftly to replace all damage items plus an added free gift in compensation.
Well done Concord!
