Have used SMS several times, never any problems. Great range of products and at super saving from other suppliers, even the likes of Ebay. I made an error and double ordered but was picked up by John very quickly who called to verify and correct the mistake. Items have always arrived in perfect condition and very well packed. While it took a bit to get here, it was worth the wait. This New airbrush is absolutely awesome. Great feel, good trigger action, as it is a trigger based airbrush. The only let down was the lack of instruction as far as breaking down the trigger assembly, if you had to. the way it's working now, I'm hoping it's built well enough to not do so. Hence the lack of breakdown instruction. As the first thing I sprayed was Alaclad Aqua Gloss clear, no clogging,tip dry, or the usual events when using an airbrush. But that's it's first use so far. Give me a month or two for an update. As far as Scale Model Shop, good doing business with them, and so far they are one of two merchants that have this airbrush in stock, for a very good price. Cheers.
