Well I ordered some things that were suppose to have free shipping. When I got ready to pay free shipping was not an option. After letting them know I had a concern, I received a phone call within about a hour. I talked with Tad about this. Hd explained that one or more of the items in my cart unfortunately did not qualify for free shipping. And there computer system could not separate the items. So it took away the option for free shipping. Somewhere in all of this he explained he was returning my shipping cost. And explained if I ever had this issue again to please call and they would get it figured out for me. Tad surprised me by removing the shipping costs. So everyone who reads this remember if you have an issue of any kind call them. They will listen. I would have liked to have known about there willing to help the customers.
