First order had two items of the wrong product. No apology at all, and now the replacement is cut well out of square. So regret not checking them out. BAD!

I wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered. If I can give you some advice - look after your Money save yourself stress and avoid this company. I Ordered in March when I needed two sheets cut to size. They arrived wrongly cut. I asked for a replacement, it took many phone calls and I have a record of the very many emails. Before the replacements - also wrongly cut, arrived. I have tried emailing many times. Calling the company many times. At one point in time I thought it might be a scam but it's not. It's just that they don't care. They don't reply to emails. They promise and don't deliver. They have no organisational ability other than a sleek process to take your money. I am determined not to lose my money, but after 2 months there is still no sign of my replacements. This is not a quality company in any shape or form.

From their website thought I was dealing with a reputable company:-THEY ARE NOT. After not receiving order in their Timescale they would not answer phone. Repeated Emails went unanswered. Luckily paid through Paypal after they enquired was issued with a Credit note (less 88p). Still no explanation on order or if I would ever get it. After a fortnight have given up with them, suspect looking at terms and conditions they can charge for cancelling a order and they are ripping of people doing this even though their service is terrible.

Our order arrived late without and communication from company.It arrived in a bent package and order was damaged.All sheets were scratched and one smashed in the corner. We have been refused a refund as order was cut to size.Customer services has been rubbish please do not use

Although my payment had gone through nearly two weeks ago, they could find no record of the order. Waited ages on the phone ("your call is importantant us"), only to be adressed in a surly manner, as if it was my fault. A pleasant telephone manner can go a long way in these situations, however the lady on the phone was rude and ignorant. I would advise not to use.

website works ok for ordering long delay in reply to email unobtainable connection by phone long delay in order - says 3-7 days, 21 days so far pay by credit card so you can get your money back

Delivery dates are never adhered to, and change after this have been missed. This is my second order with plasticsheets.com and will be my last. £5 for a delivery between 3 - 7 days, now approaching day 10 with no delivery. Call the company and get no answer no matter which option I choose on the answer phone system. Send a complaint into the company via the contact us form and sits on "sending.." forever more and never goes anywhere. The "Online Chat" functionality on the website never helps since it seems nobody is ever there to discuss your issues. Have tried many times, at many times of day never to get a response even once. There is basically NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.

Ordered multiple sheets, only sent one. Numerous emails (most ignored), no apology, promises of getting the sheets delivered, delivery date constantly passing- a month later and still no sheets. AVOID at all costs, poor customer service and very poor reliability, surprised they are still in business. Now trying to chase a refund

Ordered goods 17th November 2016, advised 7-10 days, Chased and finally got 6.30pm Monday 28th November 2016.
The company are very slow in dispatching, even after a chase.
Goods OK but delayed delivery frustrating.

Disgraceful company should be closed down I ordered a sheet of plastic which came burnt And after sending proof I still await delivery to this day this has been going on since September And the correspondence has been dreadful so has the customer service dept and emails I have been constantly told of delivery dates which have changed every time the date has been reached Today after talking to their manager he said he would get to the bottom of this and ring back before the days out Guess what he didn't ring Please somebody shut this company down

Having placed my order on line and paid on 7th October I am still waiting for delivery of the product even though they stated 3 - 9 days delivery. I could accept this if it wasn't for their unbelievably bad attitude on the phone and their false promises of email contact to inform me of a new delivery date. On the last occasion I phoned I was transferred to the delivery department with no answer at the other end but even worse when I again dialled the ordering number the girl on the phone was curt to the point of rudeness. I would recommend that this company be given a wide berth

I ordered several frosted white Perspex sheets however I received these in solid white rather than frosted. I emailed the company explaining this to no response for 2 weeks, I then phoned and was told that I needed to attach photos which I subsequently did. They responded fairly quickly apologising for the mistake and would send out a replacement ASAP. This replacement took another couple of weeks which I wasn't so bothered about however, to my annoyance I received these in solid white again. A further email with photos attached was then sent to which they responded that the order was correct and that frosted white is solid and does not let any light through. When looking on their website the frosted Perspex section clearly shows some sort of opacity against the various colours available therefore it would have to be assumed that frosted white is opaque and therefore lets through light! I certainly will not be using this company again however should you decide to do so then I strongly suggest you receive a sample of the product first and expect poor customer service thereafter.

Ordered 4 sheets of Perspex for a garden shed, website advises next day delivery if order placed by 2pm. 10 days later, nothing, so I sent an online chat message to ask where it was, almost immediately received a despatch notification. Next day 1 panel arrived and it was totally smashed, poorly packed in just bubble wrap with a label stuck on the front. Contacted their customer disservice, couldn't have been less interested if they tried, didn't get back to me and have sent photos of what was received no response to that either. Have now had to open a card dispute to get my money back. See other reviews and avoid!

Next day delivery? Don't make me laugh!! 3 weeks - THREE WEEKS - and my order still has yet to be fulfilled. The first shipment arrived after two weeks, and was, in part, damaged - so had to be re-sent. This was Monday. I was informed the replacement would arrive today (Thursday). It has not. This company is a disgrace and I would strongly urge anyone to steer clear, by a thousand miles - I don't know how you people stay in business. When I've had to phone (and there have been so many occasions I've lost count) the customer service is patchy at best - sometimes apologetic, at times clearly annoyed that someone is even using the phoneline, and sometimes the phone is simply picked up then just put down again. Get a grip guys!! Oadby and Wigston Trading Standards will be hearing about this.

Never wrote a review before, but the service I had was so bad I felt I had too, my order took over 6 weeks, several phone calls all to different customers services, all of the sounded like had set excuses to just fob me off, that went round and round and round. My advice would be steer well clear save yourself a hole load of hassle.

Hello DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY' I ordered for my mother a few items of plastic The delivery was on a 3-7day It took 20 days and that was after I emailed them and informed that my order had not arrived....2 days later it turned up.. They sent a email with simply order dispatched ... No apologies....no explanation...1 of the 3 items was missing and another damaged and not in transit either... The damage was around 10 razor blade cut marks running the length of the plastic item.. The packaging the 2 metre strip came in was laughable , they joined 3 smaller tubes together with every day selatape .. It could of just been rolled up! What a disaster this company is... It gets worse from here on trying to communicate with this company is impossible . The damage and missing items were reported and photos emailed to --- (bless her) two calls later and she can't find or remember the emails! The first call after the email by the way was to her college whom could not find out what Bev had done about the matter.. Hence the 2nd call to ---!!! The level of progressive conversation in this matter was shocking ( I was looking round for candid camara.. Anyway the matter is still ongoing and will be until this is resolved -order was first placed on 20th September 2015 Just written the 6th email I'm unsure at this point if the company are petty criminals or just stupid from the top down! I'll be back to update you ! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS '' YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED''

Tried to place an order which may or may not have been processed. Received an "express checkout" error. Tried to contact company by phone a number of times which rang and rang then went dead. Tried online chat and no response. Hopefully payment hasn't gone through and I'll buy elsewhere. On the upside its a good website - shame about the non existent customer service.

Really disappointment. I'l waiting over week for order to be send, I've miss the delivery so order was send back to sender (but that probably courier fail,-no card or anything) I try contact with PlasticSheet for over two weeks for any info, finally I ask for resending the order. Another Two weeks callings to office for info that my order is lost somewhere. After 2 months I finally persuade them for money back. luckily I find another company even cheaper with order delivered within a week
