This company sells ornamental movie swords and military regalia. I ordered a sword from them to add to my collection via debit card online as the product looked good. I had an email to confirm the order was processed and sure enough the money left my account. One week passed then two, with no delivery. I then emailed Dragon Reborn, no reply. I started to get frustrated after several more days and tried to ring this company at least twice. Their number went to answer machine with again, no reply. It has been nearly two months since I placed the order and have heard nothing from this company since they took my money. It feels as if I have been totally forgotten about, either that or Dragon Reborn is too ignorant and unprofessional to sort the issue out. Sadly, other reviews on other sites regarding Dragon Reborn UK reflect what I have said, with frustrated customers wondering where their items are. In short, if you are a collector of Regalia, avoid this company and trade with other decent similar companies such as Blades and Bows or Wicked Swords. In short, I feel ignored and am currently chasing a payment refund of nearly £100, you have been warned.
