Not only!!! do they charge you for Support service calls, as their support number is not a free land line. They also do not provide support pass certain hour and not on Sundays, so if you like me operate a business on Sundays past 5pm and your application does not connect to their server, you have no support whatsoever and basically are left locked outside a service which you paid for. As their lines are closed. This means, not being able to send orders through, adjust products, or take payments and not being able to provide receipts. Even the online support service on their website just suggests, you call back early next day. I am really regretting signing up with this service. So definitely if you can, find another service provider, unless you don't mind paying extra for support calls and waiting for their opening times to take your calls.

Need to rush through setup process every time for one thing or the other. Really stepped up and helped me through it efficiently but thoroughly! I got all of the products across to them, within a day they had it up and on by next morning. For those who are not tech savvy they were very helpful and patient.

VOID WOWPOS AT ALL COSTS nothing but trouble since day one. once they have your money your on your own, the sales team aren't great they don't tell you that you have to pay extra to have all the modules to use the till to its full, the after sales team not so great, 24/7 support, useless, if your mid service and till goes down on a friday, saturday or sunday you are out of luck. back to pen and paper. the tablet isn't that great either as it disconnects often and need wowpos to link it up again (cannot do on your own) dont ask to speak to a manager as you aren't allowed to, you can't email them or ask for contact names as its a breach of data protection act... i could keep going but i won't. just all i can say is avoid wowpos

It is not worth ANY STAR!!!!! This is a sad story. We are a small retail business needing an electronic till system . I placed an order to get a completed system. It took over 3 weeks to get it delivered. The account manger told us on the 16/05/2017 to send our product list on a spreadsheet for it to be uploaded. till today he hasn't answered my email or pick his call. After a while, someone told us we can add product ourself if we bought a scanner. We paid £89 for scanner it wasn't delivered. when I called Wowpos, they told me it has been delivered on the 18/05/2017 , which was the day we pay for it over the phone. When I made the customer office realise that it wasn't possible to deliver it the we paid for it (5.pm on the 18/05/2017) He dropped the phone. I called back the second day to ask for the scanner, I was to clear off the phone because other customers may call. I emailed the account manager to express my sadness and that we are not happy been lied to. He didn't reply. I have made several calls, for help they refuse to pick up our call, I have emailed , no response We are about claiming back our money the credit card company now.
