I purchased 2 phones from Voipon and one worked but the other one doesn't. I have tried to contact them about returning or diagnosing the faulty phone. I have emailed them 5 times and all I have had is automated responses, twice. No one has called me or helped me in any way what so ever. There is NO phone number you can ring it is all done on email. Presumably because emails are easy to ignore. I would suggest going to broadband buyer, amazon or any one else for that matter, as Voipon don't care about you, once you have paid for the goods. Whether they work or not.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNHELPFUL COMPANY

Our company (from Spain) made two purchases in September (the second purchase was to complete the first one as we got uncomplete information from their staff when making the first order).

Now that I have our credit card statements, I can see they have charged us much much more than their invoice says.

I have called three times today. Twice I've been cut off and the third time I've been transfered to somebody's voicemail. Nobody has called me back. I have written an email. Nobody has replied.

If I was anywhere near them, I would personally go to their offices and tell them face to face how horrible their service is, not to mention illegal.

Totally misleading. I requested a return the day after it arrived and then waited a week while they repeatedly asked the same questions to try and resolve the problem. I repeatedly explained its not a problem - i just want to return the item because it did not do what i expected it to do from the description.

They have disgustingly poor customer service, totally arrogant and ignorant of the law. Within 2 minutes of me saying i just want to return the item they point me to item 5.1 of their T&C and explain they are a B2B company its up to them to decide if they accept a return or not, and there is a restocking fee of 20% of the order value.

Don't believe what you see on the 'shopping with us' page or the 'returns page'. A terrible terrible shopping experience - avoid at all costs.

Needed a good supplier as we buy lots of products for our clients. Everytime we order always get the products on time which is great as we do lots of installs. Really pleased with the service and will use VoIPon for years to come.

had a few issues with other voip sites, but these guys were fine. PBX wrks like a charm too.

I purchased 20 x Yealink T22 handsets from Voipon Solutions and purchasing from them was very quick and simple.

I spoke to a sales representative called Luke who was very helpful and sent my quotation within 5 minuets of request. The price they gave was far more competitive than any others I had recieved and they answered any technical questions I had thoroughly. They even dispatched my order that day when it was far past they're cut off time for next day delivery.

I will 100% be purchasing my future requirements from them!

Ordered some Sangoma products through these guys. Pre sales were helpful and answered all of my questions. Ordering was simple and painless. Had the goods in my hands the next day! Did I mention reasonable shipping costs?

Had a few issues with the card but Sangoma took care of all of that directly. Overall very satisfied and would happily buy from again!

I have to say that from start to finish, purchasing through Voipon Solutions was an absolute pleasure. The sales staff their are very helpful and knowledgeable and explain things brilliantly. The prices they over are fantastic and they sent me tracking information and invoice by 17:30 on the same day.

I would definitely recommend Voipon Solutions and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future!
