Sent a broken, unusable product.
Difficult to get hold of, sent multiple emails.
Eventually a replacement was apparently sent and this was weeks ago.
I live in Wales and they're based in England, postage doesn't take over 2 weeks.
I then emailed for a full refund and yet again have received no response and been completely ignored.
I shouldn't need to fight and make this amount of effort to speak to someone regarding my own money.
You pay for an item = you recieve an item matching the description
Faulty = replacement / refund
Terrible service.
