The print cartridge T1281 black single pack was not recognised by my printer where as the four pack package was recognised. What should I do?

WHEN THIS HAPPENS AS IT DOES SOMETIMES MY PRINTER SAYS DO YOU WANT TO CONTINUE USING THIS CARTRIDGE I PRESS YES AND AM ABLE TO USE THE CARTRIDGE.

Try getting a soft cotton cloth and very gently wipe the contacts on the cartridge and retry it. If that doesn't work and the answer from Alien doesn't help, just contact Printcartridgedirect and they'll sort it out. Their customer service is excellent!
