Overall, a very good process (while a bit longer than I would have wished). Ordering was very easy and the website easy to navigate. when contacting the technical support line, they were responsive and very helpful with suggesting solutions. Delivery was also very smooth.
Where I think the service could be improved was communicating when there was a delay due to out of stock parts. sending at least one mail would have prevented me calling to understand why the build was delayed and the resolution being quicker. That said the substitution of parts was very good.
