I've ordered my new setup on November the 24th and promptly got an email saying that I would receive update emails regarding my order every five days, which happened for the first 15 days, after that, I stopped getting any updates, time which my computer was in "pre-production" status and it stayed like that for 19 working days. After that I've sent an email requesting an update regarding my order and after their response, everything started running like an well oiled machine and I got my computer in three days after their response.
tl;dr I had no issues with the quality of the product nor with the delivery time, but I can't help feeling like the process only started running because I've sent an email to remind them about my order.
