The service from the outset was excellent, choosing a computer that was suitable for my son to use was easy and straightforward even for someone not completely computer literate. Once ordered there was regular updates of the build progress right up to when its delivered. The emails always provided links if you have questions although I had no need to contact them.
Great Payment options available which are clearly explained.
The computer was delivered in first class condition and meets all of my sons expectations for his gaming use. Will definitely use PC Specialist again and recommend it to others.
