I really have no complaints to give here.
From picking my parts in the online configuration form right through to my laptop arriving, the process was very smooth and enjoyable.
I Received my new laptop in just over a week, and was given plenty of feedback and notifications as it moved through the various stages of preparation, build, test, and shipping.
So definitely a win for the customer experience.

With regards to the actual product, it's great!
My laptop is tastefully designed, super thin, and blindingly fast, not to mention the brilliant display, nice tactile keyboard and excellent audio quality.

All this comes at about 1/3 of the price I could find anywhere else for a similarly speccced machine.

They're great; buy your new machine here!
