Website was nice and easy to use, didn't need to worry about having any compatibility issues because depending on what you chose to build, the site would automatically let you know. Novice tech users wouldn't have a problem using it because of that.

Only gripe I have was with the obvious "old stock" shift offers. Call of Duty "Free" offer was only offered to older generations of processor and not to the new generation, this is ultimately not a problem, so won't effect my score (Since I don't really like CoD), but I feel this shouldn't be a thing PCSpecialist should be doing. I like honest and clear offers, for example, I got BF5 for free having purchased the new GTX 2080 Card, as this is the only card and game that has the new Ray Tracing...so it made sense for the offer to exist only on this card.

Struggled to find any pricing on equipment that was cheaper elsewhere as well. Graphics Card for example was on par with the cheapest I found anywhere else.
