Absolutely brilliant company. 10 days after delivery, the psu died on my new pre-built PC. Emailed support Friday lunchtime. Immediate reply from them asking me to check a couple of things to confirm the failure. Replacement brand-new psu delivered to me next day on Saturday morning. PC up and running again in less than 24 hours. Pre-paid courier label provided by them to return the dud psu. One of the best tech support experiences I've had in resolving an issue.
