Excellent product quality & service.

This website is very good. Initially I was wary because I hadn't heard of it before nor could I find any information about it on the web, but because they only accept payments via PayPal there's no risk with losing your money or your bank details. So I decided to build my own computer on there. It's similar to Dell when you customise your own computer, except I think it's more flexible here as you can choose from a wider range and pick any component you wish, whereas Dell is somewhat more restricted. I also tested their system for checking compatibility of components before you checkout and from what I found everything looked good.

The PC I bought was actually a lot cheaper than the nearest I could make on Dell and not that much more expensive than if I'd have sourced the components and built it myself. Service and delivery charges seemed reasonable too.

Personally I really liked the design of the website as it was minimalistic and simple and not cluttered which made it easier to use, but I think it would be better if they added a bit more to it.

Product quality was very good and all parts were quality brands.

I chose standard build and delivery which said a maximum of 20 days until I receive my order which I was concerned about but didn't want to pay extra to get it sooner, but they sent me an email 2 days later to say my order had been dispatched and I received it the day after!!

All in all I am very pleased with their service and product, although I think their actual website could do with some improvement.
