“Overpriced appalling service AVOID”

Ordered replacement laptop screen. After a week they emailed to say not in stock could they send a substitute. WHen I replied No, they said "Tough we've sent it anyway". Unable to then reach returns dept as instructed on website. After several months trying to reach them, I eventually had to claim money back through VISA chargeback process direct with bank. At least I found another supplier who had screen in stock for half the price.

“AVOID !”

Simply the most unprofessional company in UK. Customer service 1/10. They answering phone once a week. They respond to emails once a week. I have never received my order. Still waiting (2 weeks) Waste of money and time. AVOID them to avoid problems.

This company should be shut down .
i am still awaiting my screen three weeks after first receiving an incorrect model and despite being informed that all was good and new order in the post.
i have now logged 12 mails trying to get a satisfactory response
