My present 2012 was expiring and in trying to renew something went wrong with Google Wallet and I could not find out wether it had gone through or I had lost my money. I contacted your customer service who were wonderful. They checked your records and found that nothing had gone through and they were sure everything was safe and if I gave them my phone number they would ring back and sort it out with me. I have just finished on the phone with your Mr Sing who guided me through every section of the new installation and everything is up and running. He was brilliant.
