First time I rang to complain about their inks not working I was sent a new cartridge straight away. Since that date things have gone downhill fast.
I rang to complain that the same problem had occurred again - full cartridge registering as empty. I was told I had to return the cartridge for a replacement. I insisted they confirm they would repay the return postage as the item was faulty which they agreed to. 6 weeks and no refund and guess what more cartridges with the same problem and no response to my emails - STEER CLEAR
