I had a very good customer experience, I had ordered the wrong item, I then completed returns form and clicked on the wrong box.
Customer service picked this up and quickly got in touch to confirm what I would like to do. I responded asking for a full refund and within 10 mins my return and refund had been processed.

Very easy customer experience with no hassle.
