I ordered a product before Christmas that would be due to arrive in early January. My situation changed and I needed it a lot sooner, so I got in contact with the CS through eBuyer's clever eNote system. My rep cancelled my order for me very quickly and allowed me to reorder it not even a minute later with next day delivery. It is now 17:50 PM on the 29th of December the promised date of my delivery and Yodel have only managed to take my package as far as my local depot arriving there at 6:27 AM.
I have had no problems with eBuyer; their products or their staff, but when I pay for next day delivery it's for a reason. Yodel have left me with a bitter taste and for that reason, this review is only 4/5 stars.
