If I knew that this is going to be held for such long time, I would not have ordered from them. Called them today as my order still blessed by the very weired status: Pre-Authorized! no acceptable explanation given during telephone conversation except that the item may take up to 7 working days to change from Pre-Authorized to Authorized status and then they can ship! I immediately asked the operator: May I know please where is the location of this company? am i ordering from overseas or what?
The worst UK company I have ever dealt with and will deal with no more indeed.
