Paytm is a Worst Ecommerce

Paytm is really dead slow.. Guys, please dont purchase anymore with them.. Incident:  i have ordered woodland shoe and it got delivered after 15 days. The size of the shoe is not fit for me, hence i requested for the return. return is accepted and they have raised their logistics to arrange the pickup. Those process happened in 4 days. after 10 days from the 4th day, i got an SMS saying that product will be picked up today, so please keep the product ready. i was been waiting for another 4 days since the reception of the SMS from the logistics. i called to the support and explained them the same. I was advised to return the product to the seller(Merchant) with my owm money via speedy couriers. I have again spent money of 330 INR to the courier and sent them the same. it got delivered to the seller after three days. On notifying the status, i called to the support and sent 7 emails regarding the refund. its been 7 days since the product got delivered to the merchant. no response in email and phone. Will my money come back ????? :( PAYTM is really a worst Ecommerce company which i have ever seen.
