Keys difficult to handle, even with small fingers. Sound quality below expectations. I really expected more. I am about the return the phone.

“Faulty base station for skype phone”

Ordering and payment on the website was easy and working well. The order confirmation I got was in Dutch, which I don't read/speak - I would have expected it to be in English at least. Unfortunately one of the pieces in my order which I received fairly quick, was faulty, so now I have to return part or the full order.

“having received package yet”

I ordered it about 12 days ago and I have not received the package yet. I also asked for 3 day shipping and paid extra for it. It even took them three days to send the package and now DHL has not delivered it yet.

“new pc”

I've just received a new pc but it doesn't work! So I had to contact the customer service france, theyr said to go to customers Service belgium (where I leave) they tried to reset it now theyr came ti pick it up and now I have no PC for Christmas and I don't know when I had a new one of a repared one???

“paid extra for express delivery and didn't get it”

Ordered 12 Dec, paid 7pounds extra for 1-2 day delivery and it arrived after 6 days. Wrote an email demanding the express postage fee back and got zero reply

It's difficult the contact you mainly when somebody has a query which is not included in the list of possible solutions and frequent questions. When the system doesn't correspond then you don't reply at all. This is very bad and low class. I asked for an invoice for the products I purchased and till now I have received not even a :"go to hell and leave us alone:". So in this circumstance your products become expensive and not attractive to repeat such an exprience with you.

“Fast Delivery Service Unreliable/Rip Off”

Re order: (SO258576) I made the order on Monday 28/01/2013, early morning and paid the additional 7.00 euro carriage to have the item within three working days, which would meant that I should have received it at the latest Thursday 31/01/2013. I did not receive the item until Monday the 4/02/2013. I have not yet received a refund of the additional monies paid for the faster delivery service credited to my account Gerard Gargan

“Delivered withI English power plugs :-(”

Without mentioning it on the website, the phone was delivered with two clumsy English grounded power plugs, wich I can't use in my country. Buying power plug converters is an added cost and unaesthetic. How can I use the product without compromising the warranty?

“Customer service appears to be secondary”

Very little communication through the order process then very little mechanism for getting hold of them after sales. For some reason, they don't inform you of their returns policy upfront, only when pushed repeatedly by email. Additionally, whoever responds to their emails is obviously told to stick to a script as they failed to directly answer the questions contained within and then ignored the follow up response until a third email was sent. After each interaction, they send you a link to a "how was it for you" survey. When you click on the survey link, there's nothing to complete, just a blank page, so I'm guessing they're not hearing all the feedback they should. Given that they're so closely connected to (and recommended by) Skype, I was expecting a pretty slick service and this didn't live up to that expectation. If you have no issues with the product you buy though, I'm sure you'll find them perfectly adequate.

“Cancellation is a problem”

Tried to cancel the order before it was sent out, got no reply on that, now I'm still waiting on instructions where I can send it back to. Otherwise evething would have been fine I guess.

“A Big Company that Doesn't Care”

The website lists the item as 'In Stock', they imply that they will deliver fast (although only quote 3-10 days), they take your money then do nothing at all. If you log in to check your order they are still 'Order Processing' 2 weeks later. Customers ervices is by email and you get no reply. All other company contact details are very carefully hidden. You are left wondering if you have been scammed. You will probably get what you ordered in the end but if there is a problem you won't even find anyone to hear it. This is a company that treats its customers with total contempt.
